This past school year, Kingdom Scene had the opportunity to partner with two local Christian schools, an elementary school and a high school.

At the elementary school, Kingdom Scene hosted a “Lightgliders Club,” an after-school program where students in 3rd through 6th grade would meet to play Lightgliders on computers and tablets, compete in game competitions, and discuss the biblical worldview espoused through its activities. Needless to say, it was a lot of fun. And I continue to be amazed at how Lightgliders can be used to encourage profound conversations among kids. Below is a picture of this year’s Lightgliders Club!

At the high school, Lightgliders became the subject of a Video Storytelling class. Juniors and seniors worked tirelessly to put together a customer testimonial about Lightgliders. They interviewed a Lightglider parent and child, and told a story about the heart behind Lightgliders. I was amazed at the level of professionalism and talent that these students exercised in writing, directing, producing, and editing a top-notch video. Watch it here.

Again, every aspect of that video was created by high school students. It was directed by a talented storyteller named Avery.

So, thank you Central Christian School for allowing Lightgliders to be part of your community. And thank you Westminster Christian Academy for making Lightgliders a subject for your class. You have infused Lightgliders with greater creativity, excellence, and joy!

If there are other schools or learning communities that wish to explore a partnership with Lightgliders, please let us know. Email us at info@lightgliders.com. These partnerships are a blessing, and allow us to see, even more so, how kids were uniquely made to shine!
